Lead by Vincent Davis a Senior-Level Executive in consumer goods industry with 25+ years of extensive leadership in brand development, organization transformation, and global revenue creation with companies like Kenra, Matrix, Bristol-Myers Squibb, TIGI/BEDHEAD, Unilever, Macadamia Beauty & Flawless Beauty.
During his involvement with TIGI/BEDHEAD, Vincent's 16 year career quickly gained responsibility elevating to Senior Vice President Worldwide & General Manager of Americas which was acquired by Unilever for over $400 Million in 2009. Post acquisition, he reported to Unilever Americas President and Global EVP of Category Hair, served on Board of Directors, and Global Leadership Team crafting ongoing corporate strategies.
While delivering annual growth and increased profitability, he was responsible for global corporate headquarters (450,000 sq ft) leadership, direction, and mobilization of 160 member sales team, 135 functional support staff members, as wells directional support for 600+ part-time contractors.
In 2014, Vincent joined Macadamia Beauty as the Chief Executive Officer transforming the global leadership and organization while innovating three (3) unique brand for channel and global expansion that were placed at ULTA and other retailers, quickly accelerating results and brand awareness during his tenure.
During 2018, Vincent left Macadamia and started Beauty Hatchery LLC that invests and operates beauty brands such as Fave4 and Vernon Francois Haircare companies. Lending his experience in strategic planning, market positioning, expanding market share, innovation, and mobilizing multi-functional high performance teams, he consults with multiple beauty companies for global distribution, profitability, and reversing declining trends. Additionally, he holds multiple board of director seats utilizing his expertise in global beauty wholesalers, food/drug/mass, club stores, direct-to-consumer/dot-com, and Amazon management to provide direction for beauty related companies.
