With extensive experience in sales leadership, business development, and general management, Vincent has led transformative initiatives for some of the industry’s most recognized companies and emerging brands. His expertise includes go-to-market strategy, retailer and distributor development, category management, brand expansion, private equity-backed growth, and cross-functional team leadership.

 

Over the course of his career, Vincent has held senior leadership positions with Kenra Laboratories, Matrix Essentials, Bristol-Myers Squibb, TIGI Bed Head, Unilever, Macadamia Beauty, Flawless Distribution Company, Fave4, Fatboy, Jacavi Beauty, and The Jade Company. He has successfully partnered with leading retailers, distributors, and professional salon organizations to expand market presence, increase profitability, and strengthen brand equity.

With a focus on long-term value creation, the firm combines strategic investment capital with active operational support, emphasizing partnerships, innovation, and disciplined stewardship across its portfolio.

• Chief Operating Officer, The Jade Company - Leads operations and growth for a beauty distribution organization serving Kroger divisions and Hy-Vee Grocery, overseeing sales, supply chain, retailer relationships, and strategic business development across multiple beauty categories.

• Chief Operating Officer, Xile Beauty Group – Led operational strategy and execution across a portfolio of beauty brands, building scalable infrastructure, accelerating growth, and driving market expansion through operational excellence and cross-functional leadership.

• Chief Executive Officer, Macadamia Beauty LLC (Star Capital Private Equity) – Led the transformation and global expansion of a private equity-backed beauty company, launching three new brands, securing distribution with Ulta Beauty and international retailers, and growing wholesale revenue from $7M to $28M, generating over $100M in consumer sales.

• Chief Executive Officer – Flawless Beauty LLC (Star Capital Private Equity)

  Led brand development and multi-channel growth strategies for premium haircare and personal care lines.

• General Manager, TIGI Americas – Unilever / Senior Vice President Worldwide – TIGI Linea

  Directed all Americas operations post-acquisition, managing a 450,000 sq. ft. global HQ, 160-member sales team, 135 corporate staff, and 600+ field education contractors.

  Served on the TIGI Board of Directors and Unilever Global Hair Category Leadership Team. Oversaw integration following Unilever’s $420M acquisition, achieving over $800M in consumer revenue.
